We are passionate about cooking, and it is a dream come true to open our new restaurant to share this passion with the Robbinsville and Western NC communities. Since we opened our doors outside Savannah, GA, almost 9 years ago, we have promised ourselves and our customers to serve the freshest and most delicious barbecue we can offer. We continue to uphold this foundation by ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen is the best.

Our hours may fluctuate based on staffing availability.
We hope to be open on:
- Thursdays, 11am-8 pm
- Fridays & Saturdays, 7 am-8pm
- Sundays & Mondays, 7am – 2pm
If you want us to guarantee availability, call and order ahead. Sometimes, we sell out; sometimes, we don’t.
